The candidate is responsible for Marketing & Communication at a global level reporting to the Global Sales & Marketing Director. He/she will manage independently all the activities that the company strategically decides to do, under the guidance of the Global Sales & Marketing Director but with a strong level of autonomy. He/she has to measure, enhance, and enrich the position and brand of Turolla through various initiatives and to make sure that all the efforts are done to make the brand is correctly utilized and well perceived all over the world. He/she will be responsible for Market Intelligence, in that role utilizing all possible sources, internally and externally.

The candidate has to be able to deal with colleagues coming from different level of the organization in a multicultural environment and to work in global team, as well as to efficiently interact with external stakeholders.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

– Building and establishing corporate identity (company brand, corporate logo, product logos, trademarks);

– Preparing catalogs, brochures, datasheets for the existing & new products;

– Orchestrating Trade shows and events globally;

– Marketing strategy execution;

– Managing corporate web site and on line configurator;

– Handling marketing campaigns and promotional activities;

– Distribution support and channel marketing management;

– Work with sales team, understand accounts/channels needs and delivering added value marketing support;

– Management of out-sourcing PR and marketing agencies;

– PR and media relationship;

– Market trends analysis and participation to business development strategy discussions;

– Market Intelligence (completion analysis, applications to focus thru HotSpot techniques);

– Leverage on SalesForce to collect and utilize market data;

– Market positioning Job Requirements;

– 3/5 years or more experience in marketing inside engineering global organizations and multicultural environment;

– Ability to use English as working language;

– Bachelor degree or Master degree in Marketing or similar is a plus;

– Ability to define and plan all the actions needed to reach the goals defined in the strategy and implement them;

– Ability to manage the communication regarding products, ensuring consistency and success from the launch to the maturity and decline phases;

– Experience of development, management and execution of communications through various media channels;

– Ability to plan and organize exhibitions and event collaborating with the stakeholder inside and outside the organization;

– Web site management skills, including HTML and SEO basics;

– Excellent verbal and written marketing communication and presentation skills;

– Creation and delivery of press releases, advertisements, and other marketing materials;

– Prepare and adhere to budgets;

– Oversee Design print ads and publications;

– Ensure brand messages are consistent;

– Excellent relationship skills and empathy;

– Planning and prioritizing skills.
