Each member of the P&V team is a passionate, self-proclaimed food enthusiast. Therefore, each product available at their stores (seven in Palermo, Italy and four in London) is hand-picked to ensure only the best quality hits their shelves.
P&V also owns Giù Giù, a brand named after the mother company’s founders which brings artisanal Sicilian delicacies all over the world. Giù Giù products include extra virgin olive oil, preserves and even honey and craft beer.
The role
With the aim of consolidating and developing their international presence (focusing in particular on the UK market), we’re looking for a UK Sales Manager.
The candidate shall report directly to the Sales Director and meet the strategic and trade goals defined by the company.
Among the roles’ responsibilities:
- Coordinating the whole retail network and overseeing the implementation of trade and managing initiatives, thus improving the company’s economic performance.
- Analysis and monitoring of the KPI assigned to the Sales Manager.
- Contributing to market analyses for the development of the retail network and the opening of new stores.
- Leading a team of 70-90 people and participating in the selection and training processes for new employees, while also sharing the company’s culture with them.

Job requirements
The candidate has a consolidated experience as a Sales or Area Manager in large-scale retailers, where they have coordinated the sales network.
The ideal candidate is a client-oriented person, with entrepreneurial spirit, who is able to create added value for the business thanks to strong leadership capabilities, inclination towards helping others grow professionally, aptitude for problem solving and sense of initiative.
Contract: the candidate will be hired with a UK contract; the gross annual salary will be based on the candidate’s profile.
